What is hourly chauffeur service?
You book a vehicle and chauffeur for a set number of hours rather than a single trip. During that period the chauffeur stays with your booking, so one reservation can cover several destinations.
Is there a minimum booking time?
Yes. Hourly bookings have a two-hour minimum.
Can I make multiple stops?
Yes. Multiple stops are included with hourly service, so a single booking can cover several addresses in the order you choose.
Can I extend my booking?
You can request an extension during your booking. Let your chauffeur or our team know and we will confirm what is possible at that time.
Which vehicle can I choose?
Our sedans carry up to 3 passengers and 3 pieces of luggage, our SUVs up to 6 passengers and 6 pieces, and our Mercedes-Benz Sprinter up to 12 passengers and 12 pieces. You can select a preferred vehicle in the booking request form.
How far in advance should I book?
We do not accept same-day bookings. For trips within 24 hours, please contact us directly for a booking request.
